One Touch Football is a variation of the traditional game of football. It is a fast-paced, non-contact version of the game that is designed to be played on a smaller field with fewer players. The Goal is to score more Points than the opposing team by getting the ball into their end zone.
1. Set Up the field. The field should be about 30 yards long and 15 yards wide. Mark off two end zones at each end of the field.
2. Divide the players into two teams. Each team should have at least three players, but no more than Five.
3. The game begins with a Kickoff. The Kicking team Kicks the ball from the center of the field to the receiving team.
4. The receiving team has three chances to get the ball into the opposing team's end zone. If they fail to do so, the other team takes possession.
5. Players may not run with the ball. They must pass or pitch the ball to a teammate. The ball may be Thrown forward or backward, but not sideways.
6. If a player Catches the ball in the opposing team's end zone, they score a touchdown. If a player is tackled in the opposing team's end zone, they score a safety.
7. The team with the most Points at the end of the game wins.
