1. Start with one foot and use the inside of your foot to Kick the ball Up.
2. As the ball is coming back down, use the inside of your other foot to Kick it back Up.
3. Continue alternating feet and AIM to keep the ball in the air for as long as possible.
4. As you become more comfortable with the juggling, you can start to use other parts of your foot like the outside, heel, and toe to keep the ball in the air.
5. You can also move around while juggling to make it more DIFFicult and show off your skills.
