1. The game starts with the dealer dealing two cards to each player, including themselves. The players' cards are face Up and the dealer's cards are face down.

2. Each player will then decide whether or not to hit (take another card) or stay (keep their current hand).

3. The Goal of the game is to get as close to 21 as possible without going over.

4. If a player goes over 21, they automatically lose.

5. After all players have finished their Turns, the dealer will reveal their face-down card and take additional cards until they reach 17 or higher.

6. The player with the highest score that is 21 or lower wins the game.
