How to play X O Tic Tac Toe?
1. Start by drawing a 3x3 grid on a piece of Paper.
2. Two players take Turns placing either an X or an O in an empty Square.
3. The first player to get three of their symbols in a row (Horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) wins the game.
4. If all of the Squares are filled and no one has three in a row, the game is a draw.
