How to play Animal Olympics - Weight Lifting?
1. Gather the necessary materials: a set of weights, a weightlifting belt, and a timer.
2. Choose a weightlifting event. The two events available in Animal Olympics Weight Lifting are the snatch and the clean and jerk.
3. Set Up the competition area. Make sure tHere is a flat surface and enough room for the lifter to move around.
4. Have the lifter warm Up. This can be done by doing a few light lifts with the weights.
5. Start the timer and have the lifter attempt to lift the weight. The lifter should keep their back straight, their feet firmly planted on the ground, and their arms straight.
6. Once the weight is lifted, the timer should be stopped and the weight should be lowered to the ground.
7. The lifter should repeat the process until they have completed the required number of lifts.
8. At the end of the competition, the lifter with the highest total weight lifted is declared the winner.

Find your strength in the event of Weight Lifting, in which you will control a bull and try to lift the heaviest possible weight within 3 attempts. When the game starts, the bull will first try to lift 100kg. After the bull has grabbed the barbell, dots will randomly appear on the torso of the bull, while a power gauge will be displayed on the right of the screen. You need to click the dots rapidly so as to activate the muscles of the bull and increase its power in order to lift the barbell. Note that if the bull fails to lift the barbell, it will collapse and the attempt will be forfeited. Before the next attempt starts, you can click to select the weight that you would like to try. The current number of attempt and the respective weight will be shown at the top left corner of the screen, while the best weight will be shown on the right.
