How to play State The Rate?

State The Rate is a fun game that requires players to guess the price of a product or service. The game is played by one person asking another person to "State The Rate" for a given item. The person being asked must then guess the price of the item without any additional information. The person who guesses the closest to the actual price without going over wins the game.
