How to play Smoking Bird?

Smoking Bird is a card game for two players. It is played with a standard 52-card deck.

1. Shuffle the deck and deal Five cards to each player. Place the remaining cards in the center of the table, face down. This is the draw pile.

2. The player to the dealer's left goes first. On each Turn, a player must draw one card from the draw pile. The player then has the option to discard one card from their hand.

3. After a card is discarded, the player to the left of the discarding player must pick Up the discarded card and add it to their hand.

4. The Goal of the game is to be the first player to collect four of a kind. If a player has four of a kind, they must announce it and show their cards to the other player. The player with four of a kind is the winner.

5. If no player has four of a kind after all the cards have been drawn, the player with the highest ranking hand is the winner. The ranking of hands is as Follows (from highest to lowest): four of a kind, full house, three of a kind, two pair, one pair, high card.
