How to play Super Ball DZ?

1. Choose a playing area. SUper Ball DZ is typically played on a flat surface such as a gym floor or Basketball court.

2. Set Up the game. Place two Goals at either end of the playing area, approximately 10 feet apart.

3. Divide the players into two teams. Each team should have an equal number of players.

4. Begin the game. The first team to score the most Goals in the allotted time wins.

5. Players can use any part of their body to move the ball, but they may not touch it with their hands or arms.

6. A Goal is scored when the ball goes completely through the Goal.

7. The game is over when the time limit has been reached or when one team has scored the most Goals.

8. Have fun! SUper Ball DZ is a great way to get active and have fun with friends.
