How to play Rugby Down Hero?

1. Start by selecting the number of players you would like to have on each team. The Minimum number of players is seven, but you can have Up to fifteen per side.

2. Choose the field size you would like to play on. You can choose from a full-sized rugby pitch or a smaller pitch.

3. Choose the rules you would like to use. Rugby Down Hero can be played with either traditional rugby union rules or with Rugby League rules.

4. Designate a Captain for each team. The Captains will be responsible for making sure that their team Follows the rules and plays fairly.

5. Choose the type of scoRing you would like to use. You can play Rugby Down Hero with either traditional rugby scoRing or with a modified scoRing system.

6. Begin the game. The team that wins the coin toss will Kick off first. The two teams will then take Turns Kicking and passing the ball until one team scores a try.

7. After a try is scored, the team who scored will receive two Points. The team who did not score will then Kick off again.

8. Play continues until one team reaches the predetermined score limit. The team with the most Points at the end of the game is the winner.
