How to play General Rocket?
1. The Goal of General Rocket is to shoot down as many Enemy Rockets as possible.
2. Use the Arrow keys to move your Rocket around the screen.
3. Press the space bar to fire your Rockets.
4. Destroy Enemy Rockets by shooting them with your Rockets.
5. Collect Power-Ups to increase your firePower and gain other bonuses.
6. AVOID Enemy fire and stay alive as long as possible.
7. Reach the highest score possible.
