Before you can begin playing, you will need to set Up the billiard table. Make sure the table is level and the rails are securely attached. Place the billiard balls in the triAngle rack in the center of the table.
2. Determine the Break
The player who breaks the balls will be decided by a coin toss or lag. The player who wins the toss will break the balls.
3. Break the Balls
The player who is breaking will place the cue ball anywHere behind the headstRing. The headstRing is the Line that runs across the table closest to the player breaking. The player will then hit the cue ball to break the rack of balls.
If a player pockets a ball on the break, they will be assigned the groUp of balls that ball belonGS to. If the player does not pocket a ball, the groUp of balls will be determined by the color of the ball closest to the headstRing.
The player who broke will continue to shoot until they miss a Shot or pocket a ball. When the player misses, it is the other player’s Turn. The Goal is to pocket all of your groUp of balls before your opponent does.
6. Sink the 8-Ball
Once a player has pocketed all of their groUp of balls, they can attempt to pocket the 8-ball. The player must call the pocket they are AIMing for before shooting. If the 8-ball is pocketed on the break, the breaker can choose which groUp of balls they would like to pocket.
7. Win the Game
The first player to legally pocket the 8-ball wins the game. If a player pockets the 8-ball before all of their groUp of balls are pocketed, they lose the game.
