1. Deal out four hands of 13 cards each. The dealer should deal out the cards one at a time, starting with the player to their left.
2. Place the remaining cards in the center of the table to form the draw pile.
3. Each player should look at their hand and arrange it into suits.
4. The player to the left of the dealer will start the game by playing a card from their hand face Up in the center of the table.
5. The other players will then each play one card from their hand in the same direction, either cLockwise or countercLockwise. The card played must match either the suit or the rank of the card in the center.
6. Once all four players have played a card, the player who played the highest card of the same suit as the card in the center will collect all four cards and place them in a pile in front of them.
7. The player who collected the cards will then start the next round by playing a card from their hand face Up in the center of the table.
8. Play continues in this manner until all of the cards in the draw pile have been used.
9. The player who has the most cards in their pile at the end of the game is the winner.
