1. Choose your bow. Select the type of bow that you are most comfortable with, such as a recurve, comPound, or longbow. Consider the draw weight of the bow, as this will determine the amount of force you need to use to draw the bowstRing.
2. Choose your Arrows. Make sure you select Arrows that are the Correct length for your bow and draw weight. The heavier the draw weight, the heavier the Arrows should be.
3. Set Up your Target. Place your Target at a distance that is comfortable for you. This will depend on the type of bow you are using and your skill level.
4. Take AIM. Position your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the bow in your dominant hand. Draw the stRing back with your other hand and AIM at the Target.
5. Release the Arrow. Once you are ready, release the Arrow by releasing the bowstRing.
6. Score your Shot. After you release the Arrow, observe wHere it lands on the Target. This will help you to determine how accurate your Shot was and how to improve your AIM.
