How to play Cycle Sprint?

1. Choose a playing area. This can be a flat open area, such as a gym or a playground.

2. Divide the players into two teams of equal Numbers.

3. Mark out a starting Line and a finish Line.

4. Each team will have one bicycle for each player.

5. At the starting Line, each team will Line Up behind their bicycle.

6. On the signal, the first player from each team will hop on the bicycle and race to the finish Line.

7. Once the first player crosses the finish Line, the next player in Line can hop on their bicycle and race to the finish Line.

8. The first team to have all of their players cross the finish Line is the winner.

9. Repeat the game as many times as you like.
