How to play Training Race?
1. Gather your groUp and decide who will be the leader.
2. The leader will create a course for the players to Follow. This can be done using various Obstacles or just by Running Around a designated area.
3. Each player will then be given a starting Point.
4. On the leader’s signal, the players will begin running the course.
5. The first player to complete the course and reach the finish Line wins the race.
6. The leader can adjust the DIFFiculty of the course as needed.
7. Players can also compete to see who can complete the course in the fastest time.
8. After each player has completed the race, the leader can award Points or prizes to the winner.
