How to play Flipper Four?
1. Set Up the game by placing the four flippers onto the playing surface.
2. Each player takes Turns flipPing one of the four flippers.
3. When a flipper is flipped, it must land on the opposite side of the playing surface.
4. If a player successfully flips all four flippers onto the opposite side, they are declared the winner.
5. If a player fails to flip all four flippers onto the opposite side, the next player takes their Turn.
6. The game ends when all four flippers are flipped onto the opposite side.
7. The player with the most flipped flippers on the opposite side is declared the winner.
