1. Gather the necessary sUpplies. You will need Cotton Candy, Paper cones, a Cotton Candy machine, a bag of sugar, a bag of flossing sugar, a scoop, and a pair of scissors.
2. Set Up the Cotton Candy machine. Make sure it is securely mounted and plugged in.
