How to play Knives?

1. Choose a dealer. The dealer will shuffle the deck of cards and deal each player Five cards face down.
2. The dealer will then Turn over The Top card of the deck and place it in the center of the table. This card is known as the "Knife".
3. Starting with the player to the left of the dealer, each player will take Turns drawing cards from the deck and placing them in front of themselves.
4. When it is a player's Turn, they must either take the Knife or draw a card from the deck. If they take the Knife, they must discard one of their cards and replace it with the Knife.
5. The game continues until all players have taken their Turn.
6. The player with the highest total value of cards in their hand is the winner. The total value is determined by adding Up the values of all the cards in their hand. The ace is worth 11 Points, face cards are worth 10 Points, and all other cards are worth their numerical value.
