How to play Xtreme Spike Jumping Square?
1. Start by standing on a large Square piece of foam or rubber.
2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart and Jump Up as high as you can, keePing your feet together.
3. As you land, immediately Jump again in the same spot, as high as you can.
4. Continue Jumping Up and down in the same spot for as long as you can.
5. After each Jump, make sure to land on both feet at the same time and to keep your feet together.
6. For an extra challenge, try to increase your height each time you Jump.
7. Once you can no longer Jump any higher, move to a DIFFerent spot on the Square and repeat the exercise.
8. Continue to move around the Square, Jumping Up and down for as long as you can.
9. Have fun and be sure to take breaks when needed!
