4. ExeCute the MISSION. Once you have planned out your MISSION, you will need to exeCute it. Follow your plan and use your team’s skills and abilities to complete the MISSION.
5. Debrief. Once the MISSION is complete, you will need to debrief your team. This includes discussing what went well and what could have been done better.
