How to play RC 125 Slide?
1. Start by making sure you have the right equipment. You will need an RC 125 Slide board, a pair of RC 125 Slide gloves, and a pair of RC 125 Slide shoes.
2. Make sure the Slide board is pRoperly secured to the ground.
3. Put on the Slide gloves and the Slide shoes.
4. Start by standing on the board with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
5. Bend your knees and lean slightly forward.
6. Push off with your back foot and Slide forward.
7. As you Slide forward, keep your feet together and your knees bent.
8. As you reach the end of the Slide board, Turn and Slide back in the opposite direction.
9. Continue alternating between forward and backward Slides until you reach your desired distance.
10. When you are done, take off the Slide gloves and the Slide shoes and store them away.
