How to play Mahjong Flowers?
1. Start by arranging the Tiles in the shape of a Square. Each side of the Square should have four Tiles.
2. Place the four Flowers in the middle of the Square.
3. Take Turns to draw a tile from the Stack.
4. Place the tile on the table, and then try to make a pair of matching Tiles.
5. If you can make a pair, take the pair off the table and place it in front of you.
6. If no one can make a pair, the next player draws a tile.
7. The game is over when all the Tiles have been paired Up.
8. The player with the most pairs wins.
