How to play Tactical Penguin?
1. Place two Penguins on opposite sides of the game board.
2. Take Turns moving one of your Penguins one space in any direction (Up, down, left, or right).
3. If you move your Penguin onto a space occUpied by the other player's Penguin, you capture that Penguin and remove it from the board.
4. The game ends when one player has captured all of the other player's Penguins. The player with the most captured Penguins wins.
