How to play Side Off Ball?

1. Gather two teams of equal size and have them stand on opposite sides of the playing area.

2. Each team should have a designated Thrower who will Throw the ball across the playing area.

3. The Thrower should stand at the center of their team’s side of the playing area and Throw the ball to the other team.

4. The team that Catches the ball should then Throw it back to the other team.

5. The team that Catches the ball must then try to run to the other team’s side of the playing area without being tagged by an opposing player.

6. If a player is tagged, they must Switch sides and join the other team.

7. The team with the most players on their side of the playing area at the end of the game wins.
