Valto is a two-player strategy game for ages 8 and Up. It is played on a 5x5 board with 25 Squares and 25 Tiles. Each player has 12 Tiles, which are arranged in a 5x5 grid. The Goal of the game is to move your Tiles to form a row, column, or diagonal of Five of your Tiles.
To begin, each player places their 12 Tiles on the board. Each tile must be placed on a DIFFerent Square, and the Tiles must be arranged in a 5x5 grid. Once all the Tiles are placed, the players take Turns moving their Tiles. On each Turn, a player can move one of their Tiles one Square in any direction. The Only rule is that a tile cannot move onto a Square that is already occUpied by another tile.
Once a player has formed a row, column, or diagonal of Five of their Tiles, they win the game. If neither player is able to form a row, column, or diagonal of FiveTiles, the game is a draw.
Valto is a great game for two players who enjoy strategy and problem-solving. It is easy to learn, but the game can become quite challenging as players become more experienced.
