How to play Point Drag?
1. Place two cones or markers a few feet apart.
2. Line Up your players in two Lines facing each other, with each Line standing behind one of the cones.
3. Give each player a ball.
4. On the count of three, have the players from each Line run to the other cone and try to drag the ball with them.
5. The first team to have all its players drag their balls to the other cone wins.
6. If a player drops their ball, they must go back to their starting Line and start again.
7. The game can be played as a relay race or with indiviDual players.
8. To make the game more competitive, you can also add Obstacles or a time limit.
