1. Gather two teams with an equal number of players.

2. Set Up two Goals at opposite ends of the playing area.

3. Each team should have a ball.

4. The object of the game is to flick the ball through the opposing team’s Goal.

5. Players can Only flick the ball with their hands.

6. The ball can be passed between teammates.
