1. Choose a wall. Make sure it is a sturdy wall that can handle some pressure. AVOID any walls that have a lot of electrical wiRing or plumbing behind them.
2. Stand a few feet away from the wall. Raise your arm and make a fist.
3. Take a deep breath and focus on the wall.
4. Punch The Wall with your fist. Make sure you hit the wall with your knuckles and not the flat part of your hand.
5. Feel the impact of the punch. Notice how it feels to hit something with your fist.
