1. Before the game begins, all players must place an ante bet. This is a mandatory bet that must be placed before any cards are dealt.
2. After the ante bet has been placed, each player is dealt Five cards face down. The dealer also receives Five cards, but one of the dealer’s cards is face Up.
3. Players then look at their cards and decide whether they want to fold or raise. If they choose to fold, they forfeit their ante bet. If they choose to raise, they must make a bet that is twice the size of their ante bet.
4. After all players have made their decisions, the dealer reveals their four remaining cards.
5. The dealer must have an Ace/King or better in order to qualify. If the dealer does not qualify, all players who did not fold are paid even money on their ante bet and their raise bet is reTurned to them.
6. If the dealer does qualify, the hands are compared. The player with the higher hand wins. If the player’s hand is higher than the dealer’s, they are paid even money on their ante bet and their raise bet is paid according to a paytable. If the dealer’s hand is higher than the player’s, the player loses both their ante and raise bets.
7. After all hands have been compared, a new round begins and all players must place another ante bet.
