How to play Ball Run?
1. Gather a groUp of at least two people.
2. Designate one person to be the "runner" and the other to be the "Thrower".
3. The Thrower will stand a few feet away from the runner and Throw a ball to the runner.
4. The runner must Catch the ball and then run a designated distance before Throwing the ball back to the Thrower.
5. The Thrower must then Catch the ball and repeat the process.
6. The game is over when the runner and Thrower have both completed the designated distance.
7. The winner is the first person to complete the distance without dropPing the ball.
