How to play Bridge Dawn?

1. Gather the necessary sUpplies. You will need a standard deck of 52 playing cards, four players, and a score pad.

2. Have each player shuffle and cut the deck.

3. Deal out the cards one at a time, starting with the player to the left of the dealer. Each player should end Up with 13 cards.

4. Determine the trump suit by having each player bid on the suit they think will be the most successful. The highest bidder chooses the trump suit.

5. The player to the left of the dealer leads the first trick. The other players must Follow suit if they can, and must play a trump if they have no cards of the led suit.

6. The highest card of the led suit, or the highest trump card, wins the trick. The winner of the trick leads the next trick.

7. Continue playing until all 13 Tricks have been played.

8. Score the hand. The team that won the most Tricks scores one Point for each trick it won. If the team that bid the trump suit won at least as many Tricks as it bid, it scores an additional Point for each trick it won.

9. The first team to reach 10 Points wins the game.
