1. Gather a groUp of people and head to the Bowling alley.
2. Choose the number of players and the number of frames you will be playing. A frame is a single Turn for each player.
3. Select the type of Bowling ball you would like to use. The weight of the ball should depend on the size and strength of the player.
4. Stand at the foul Line, which is the Line at the end of the lane closest to the pins.
5. Hold the ball with both hands and take two Steps forward, then Swing the ball back and forth in an arc.
6. Release the ball when it is at The Top of the arc and AIM for the center of the pins.
7. If you knock down all of the pins in one Throw, it is called a “strike”. If you don’t knock down all of the pins in one Throw, it is called a “spare”.
8. After each frame, the scorekeeper will tally Up the total pins knocked down by each player.
9. The player with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
