How to play Volley ball?
1. Gather a groUp of players. You will need at least two teams of six players.
2. Mark a court. You will need a court that is 9 meters by 18 meters for men and 8 meters by 16 meters for women.
3. Place a net in the middle of the court. The net should be 2.43 meters high for men and 2.24 meters high for women.
4. Choose a team to serve first. The team that serves first will start the game.
5. Serve the ball. The server must stand behind the end Line and hit the ball over the net.
6. The receiving team must Pass the Ball back over the net. The ball must be hit with the hands, arms, or head.
7. The serving team must hit the ball back over the net.
8. The ball must be hit back and forth over the net until one team fails to reTurn the ball.
9. The team that fails to reTurn the ball loses a Point.
10. The first team to reach 25 Points wins the game.
