1. Gather your equipment. To play Touch Down, you will need a football, two Goalposts, and two teams of at least seven players each.
2. Set Up the field. The field should be 100 yards long and 53.3 yards wide. Mark the GoalLines at each end of the field.
3. Choose Captains. Each team should select a Captain who will make decisions on behalf of the team.
4. Kick off. The team that won the coin toss will Kick off to the other team. The ball must travel at least 10 yards for the play to be considered a Kick-off.
5. Play the game. The team with the ball will attempt to move the Ball Down the field and score a touchdown. The other team will attempt to stop them. Players may pass, run, or Kick the ball in order to advance it down the field.
6. Score Points. A touchdown is worth six Points. After a touchdown, the team that scored can attempt a one-Point conversion or a two-Point conversion. A successful field Goal is worth three Points.
7. Win the game. The team with the most Points at the end of the game is the winner.
