How to play Pol Eto Lava?

Pol Eto Lava is a traditional game from the Caribbean island of DoMinica. It is a game of strategy and luck that is played with a small board, two Dice and a set of pieces.

The board is Divided into four sections, each containing four Squares. The pieces used in the game are called “Pols” and each player has four of them.

To begin the game, the players take Turns Rolling the Dice to determine which player goes first. The player with the highest roll goes first, and then the players take Turns Rolling the Dice.

On each Turn, the player rolls the Dice and then moves one of their Pols according to the number that is rolled. The Pols can move either forward or backward, but they cannot move diagonally. If a Pol lands on a Square occUpied by an opponent’s Pol, the opponent’s Pol is captured and removed from the board.

The object of the game is to capture all of the opponent’s Pols. The first player to do so is the winner.
