How to play Fast Fish?

Objective:

The Goal of Fast Fish is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards.

SetUp:

1. Shuffle a deck of cards and deal out all the cards evenly to each player.
2. Place the remaining cards face down in the center of the table. This is the draw pile.
3. Turn over The Top card of the draw pile and place it next to the draw pile. This is the discard pile.

Gameplay:

1. The player to the left of the dealer goes first.
2. On each Turn, a player must either draw a card from the draw pile or take The Top card from the discard pile.
3. After drawing a card, the player must then discard a card.
4. If the card drawn or taken from the discard pile can be played, the player must play it.
5. A card can be played if it matches The Top card on the discard pile either in suit or number.
6. If the player cannot play any of their cards, they must pass their Turn.
7. The game ends when one player has no cards left in their hand. That player is the winner.
