The game begins with each player selecting one of their Five cards and placing it face down in front of them. This card is their “Defender”.
The players then take Turns flipPing over their cards. If a player’s card is higher than their opponent’s card, they “kill” their opponent’s card and take it as a Point.
If a player’s card is lower than their opponent’s card, they “eat” their opponent’s card and lose a Point.
The game ends when one player has no cards left. The player with the most Points at the end of the game is the winner.
Strategy:
Players should use strategy when selecting their cards. They should consider the strengths and weaknesses of each creature type and try to pick the card that will give them the best chance of winning.
For example, if a player has a Wolf and their opponent has a Bear, the Wolf has a better chance of winning since it is stronger than the Bear.
Players should also consider their opponent’s cards when selecting their own. If a player knows that their opponent has a Dragon, they should try to select a card that is strong enough to beat the Dragon.
