How to play Jumpers?

Jumpers is a game of strategy and luck. It is played with a standard deck of 52 cards.

Objective:

The objective of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all of their cards.

SetUp:

Each player is dealt seven cards. The remaining cards are placed face down in the middle of the table as the draw pile.

The Top card of the draw pile is then flipped over and placed next to the draw pile to form the discard pile.

Gameplay:

On each player’s Turn, they must take a card from either the draw pile or the discard pile. Then, they must discard one card from their hand onto the discard pile.

If the card drawn from the draw pile is a face card, the player may choose to either discard it or place it on the discard pile. If the card is placed on the discard pile, the player must also discard one of their cards.

If a player is able to make a set of four cards of the same rank (e.g. four kinGS, four aces, etc.), they must place the set aside and draw four new cards from the draw pile.

If a player runs out of cards in their hand, they must draw four new cards from the draw pile.

End of the Game:

The game ends when one player has no cards left in their hand. That player is the winner.
