How to play Sultan Match?
1. Start by dealing out all of the cards evenly between two players.
2. The player with the highest card in their hand is the dealer.
3. The dealer will then flip over The Top card from the deck and place it in the center of the table.
4. The other player will then have to match the rank of the card in the center of the table. If they cannot, they must draw a card from the deck.
5. If the player is able to match the rank of the card in the center of the table, they will take the pile of cards in the center and add it to the bottom of their pile.
6. Play continues in this manner until one player has all of the cards in their hand and is declared the winner.
