1. Set Up the Reflex ball by attaching the stRing to the ball and the wall. Make sure the stRing is taut and the ball is at a height that is comfortable for you.
2. Stand a few feet away from the wall and hold the end of the stRing with your dominant hand.
3. Swing the ball back and forth with your arm and wrist, using your Reflexes to Catch the ball when it comes back to you.
4. Increase the Speed and DIFFiculty by Swinging the ball faster and farther away from the wall.
5. Keep practicing until you can consisTently Catch the ball without missing.
You have to rotate and match the balls in the middle according to the color of the balls coming from above or below. If the incoming balls hit the wrong color in the middle, the game is over. The game starts to get faster and faster. Let's see how strong your reflexes are
