1. Gather the necessary sUpplies. You will need food, Water, shelter, and clothing to survive in the wilderness.
2. Find a safe place to shelter. Look for a Cave, a hollow tree, or any other structure that will provide protection from the elements.
3. Create a fire. This will provide warmth and light, and will also help you cook food and boil Water.
4. Find and purify Water. Use a Water filter, or boil the Water for at least One Minute to make it safe to drink.
5. Forage for food. Look for edible plAnts and mushrooms, or hunt small animals like rabbits and squirrels.
6. Build a shelter. Use branches, leaves, and other natural materials to construct a shelter that will protect you from the elements.
7. Make tools. Use STONEs and sticks to make tools like spears, Knives, and axes.
8. Stay alert. LisTen for sounds of predators and be aware of your surroundinGS at all times.
9. Stay warm. If the temperature drops, build a fire or wear extra layers of clothing.
10. Stay Healthy. Exercise regularly, eat a Balanced diet, and get plenty of rest.
