How to play Cerkio?
Cerkio is a strategy game for two players. The game is played on a board that consists of a 6x6 grid of Squares. Each player has a set of 12 pieces, which are placed on the board in the starting position.
The objective of the game is to be the first player to get all of their pieces off the board. To do this, each player takes Turns moving one piece at a time. Pieces can move one Square in any direction, including diagonally. If a piece moves onto a Square occUpied by an opponent’s piece, the opponent’s piece is removed from the board. The game ends when one player has no pieces left on the board.
Players can also capture pieces by Jumping over them. To do this, a piece moves two Squares in any direction, Jumping over the opponent’s piece in between. The opponent’s piece is then removed from the board.
The game can also end in a draw if both players are unable to move any of their pieces.
