How to play Hold Position?
1. Choose a starting position for your pieces. This should be done strategically, as the pieces will be held in place for the duration of the game.
2. Move your pieces in accordance with the rules of the game. Generally, this means moving one piece at a time, but some variAnts may allow for more than one piece to be moved at once.
3. Once a piece is moved, it must remain in the same spot until the end of the game. If a piece is threaTened by an opposing piece, you must either move the threaTened piece or bLock the opposing piece with another piece.
4. Continue moving pieces until a winner is determined. Generally, the winner is the one who captures the most pieces or checkmates the opposing king.
5. If a stalemate occurs, the game is a draw.
