1. Start by dealing out seven columns of cards, with each column having one more card than the column to its left. The leftmost column should have one card, the next column two cards, and so on, Up to the rightmost column which should have seven cards.
2. Turn over The Top card of each column. This is the start of your “tableau”.
3. The object of the game is to move all of the cards from the tableau to the four “foundations”. The foundations are four piles located in the Upper right corner of the game window.
4. To move cards to the foundations, you must build them Up in Ascending order, starting with the Ace. Aces must be placed in the foundations first.
5. After you place an Ace, you can begin to build Up the foundations in Ascending order, ending with the King.
6. To move cards from the tableau to the foundations, you can either drag the card to the foundation or double click it.
7. You can also move cards between columns in the tableau. You can move a single card, or a groUp of cards that are in sequence.
8. To move a card or groUp of cards, simply drag the card or groUp to the desired column.
9. If a column is empty, you can move any card or groUp of cards to it.
10. When you have no more moves available, you can click the “Draw” button to deal out three more cards from the deck. You can Only do this once per game.
11. The game is won when all of the cards are moved to the foundations.
Patience, card solitaire or just solitaire, is a genre of card games that can be played by a single player. Patience games can also be played in a head-to-head fashion with the winner selected by a scoring scheme.
