How to play Handstand Run?
1. Begin by standing in a handstand position with your arms and leGS straight and your hands shoulder-width apart.
2. Take a few Steps forward by lifting one hand off the ground and placing it a few inches ahead of the other.
3. Continue to alternate hands and feet in a running motion.
4. As you gain confidence and Balance, you can increase your Speed.
5. To stop, simply lower one hand to the ground and then the other.
6. Make sure to practice in an area with plenty of space and a soft surface like a gym mat or grass.
