2. Choose a starting Point. You can start at the bottom of a wall, on a platform, or even on the ground.
3. Begin to climb. Use your arms and leGS to climb Up the wall, platform, or other structure. Make sure to use pRoper technique and safety when climbing.
4. Jump. When you reach The Top of the wall or platform, you can Jump off and land safely. Make sure to use your arms and leGS to help cushion the impact.
5. Repeat. Once you’ve mastered the basics of Parkour climbing and Jumping, you can start to increase the DIFFiculty and challenge yourself.
