How to play Ball Hop?
1. Start by placing the ball on the ground in front of you.
2. Take a few Steps back and prepare to Jump.
3. Bend your knees and Jump Up as high as you can while keePing your feet together.
4. As you come back down, try to land on the ball with both feet.
5. Immediately Jump Up again and try to land on the ball with both feet again.
6. Repeat this process for as long as you can, trying to Move Forward with each Jump.
7. If you’re able to keep your Balance, you can try hopPing on one foot or even hopPing in a Circle.
8. Have fun and challenge yourself to beat your best score!
