How to play Throw Ball?
1. Gather two teams of equal Numbers of players. Each team should have at least 3 players, but no more than 6.
2. Set Up a court with a center Line and two end Lines. The court should be about 30 feet long and 15 feet wide.
3. Each team stands on opposite sides of the court.
4. The ball is Thrown from one team to the other. It must be Thrown over the center Line and must land on the other side.
5. The team that Catches the ball must Throw it back to the other team.
6. The team that Throws the ball must try to Catch it when it is Thrown back. If they Catch it, they get a Point.
7. The team with the most Points at the end of the game wins.
