1. Start by dealing out the cards. The game is played with a standard 52-card deck. The cards are dealt into 8 columns, with 7 cards each in the first 4 columns and 6 cards each in the last 4 columns.
2. The Goal of the game is to move all of the cards from the columns to the four foundations at The Top of the screen. The foundations must be built in Ascending order, starting with the Ace of each suit and ending with the King.
3. You can move cards between the columns and the foundations. Cards can Only be moved one at a time, and they must be in descending order and in alternating Colors (e.g. a red 7 can be moved onto a black 8).
4. You can also use the four Free Cells at The Top of the screen to temporarily store cards. Each Free Cell can Only hold one card at a time.
5. When all of the cards have been moved to the foundations, the game is won.
In this popular Solitaire version, your task is to move all of the 52 cards to the four foundation spots to win, beginning with the Aces. Play strategically and use the four free cells as placeholders to sort your deck. Similar to other Solitaire games, the foundations are built up by suit whereas the tableau cards have to be sorted by alternating colors in descending order.
