Archer Peerless is a two-player game played on a standard Chess board. Each player has a set of eight pieces, consisting of one King, one Queen, two Bishops, two Knights, and two Rooks.
The objective of the game is to checkmate the opponent's King. This can be done by moving pieces to capture the King, or by trapPing the King so that it cannot move.
Players take Turns moving their pieces. Pieces can Only move in the directions indicated by their symbols. For example, the Rook can Only move Horizontally or vertically across the board, while the Bishop can move diagonally.
The King is the most important piece in the game and must be defended at all costs. The King can move one Square in any direction, but it cannot move into a Square that is threaTened by an Enemy piece.
When a piece is captured, it is removed from the board. The game is won when one player checkmates the other player's King.
